This homeowner had a very large Cedar sided home that was about 30 years old. as normal with Cedar sided homes, they were having problems with the bottoms of the siding rotting out. 12 years Pryor to our project they had the bottom 12″ of siding cut out and replaced with Hardi Siding. Now it was time for additional repairs. Instead of replacing the siding completely, Everhart cut out an additional 3 feet around the perimeter of the home and added Faux Stone to not only repair the problem, but also add a great deal of additional curb appeal to the home. This repair also saved the homeowner thousands of dollars in siding replacement that they didn’t need to do.
