Project Description
This master bath remodel was designed to accommodate a wheel chair in the shower and commode areas. We removed the existing tub which hadn’t been used in ages and made way for a better use of space. The footprint of the tub was used to accommodate a larger and wider shower as well as a larger width for the commode. The ramp into the shower is finished with the same floor tile and is a subtle feature that works every time. Gorgeous stained cabinetry custom built by everhart was designed symmetrically to account for a proper display of balance. The cabinetry had to be functional and attractive, per every homeowner’s desires. This homeowner brilliantly wanted us to line the exterior wall of the shower with a mixed blue tone- stacked stone like tile that added the right blast of soothing nature lit against the double french doors. All of the necessary plumbing fixtures for an aided shower are present including the necessary finished matched grab bars. Not a bad way to start or finish off the day in this spa like environment!
