"Everhart Construction remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed new porch columns for us in a house built in 1960. It is a rental house and so our goals were budget, functionality, durability and esthetics. Andy Leavell worked closely with us to see that these goals were met. The completed project is beautiful with quality work and within budget. During the construction they ran into a couple of issues that we were not aware of at the beginning, and they took care of them at no extra charge. Complicating factors were that the house had to have foundation work before they could begin, and we had to return to our home in the United Kingdom before construction began. Andy was on the ball with communication and coordination every step of the way even though we were 5000 miles away. We will definitely call Everhart for any future remodeling work and will ask for Andy to help us plan and execute the project. We heartily recommend both Everhart and Andy Leavell to all our friends and family."

"We consulted with 2-3 different contractors to remodel our bathroom. Andy with Everhart was a clear winner. First, he didn't require both parties (husband and wife) be present for the initial visit on a weekday at an inconvenient time. He came out first to meet with me, measured, listened to my ideas, added his own (in fact, I thought he was an interior designer, he had some really good ideas and seemed to understand my somewhat 'vague' vision). Then he came back, on a weekend at our convenience, to meet with my husband and I to go over design steps, pricing and timelines. We really didn't intend to sign a contract that day, however, Andy's contractor knowledge and ability to communicate it, combined with his knowledge of interior design, won us over on the spot. Job execution was not without a few surprises and hiccups along the way (that much we expected...we watch HGTV!) but with each and every hiccup the Everhart team kept us apprised, informed of the issues, and considered our "uneducated" input as we worked together to come up with a resolution every step of the way. End result: WE LOVE OUR NEW BATHROOM!!! Ready to start the next project with Everhart as soon as there is more money in the bank!"
