This homeowner wanted a peaceful retreat down by the water where they could sit and read or just feed the ducks and relax. They also wanted an old park bench style sitting area. The deck boards used on this project were Choice deck boards that have a lifetime factory warranty. The park bench was built out of red cedar. We also ran a new electrical circuit from the main house ( about 150 feet ).

On this project we built an outdoor kitchen with covered roof and built grill and fridge. You have to look hard to figure out what is new and what was existing, this is a sign of a successful remodel.

This home owner wanted an outdoor entertaining Pavilion where they could cook and entertain friends. This free standing gazebo style Pavilion is approximately 24 feet by 24 feet and was designed to match the existing construction of the home. The project featured custom stainless steel cabinetry, built in sink, fridge, grill and even a hood vent. It also had Flagstone flooring and tongue and groove pine ceiling.

This home owner wanted very Little grass to maintain so we built about 2000 square feet of stamped and died concrete patio. We installed a custom water feature, a brick and cedar bench sitting area as well as lighting and Iron fencing and railings.

This homeowner had a swimming pool that was built back in the eighties and wanted something a little more natural to go with the country setting the over sized back yard offered. We kept the existing tub of the original pool and made all of our changes within that foot print. We removed the existing hot tub and rounded all the corners. We added a sun deck at the shallow end and a waterfall with bench underneath. We poured all new decking around the pool and of course added new tile, coping and plaster.

This homeowner wanted to open up the front of the home but also wanted a raised deck area instead of the concrete the home came with.

This homeowner had a very large Cedar sided home that was about 30 years old. as normal with Cedar sided homes, they were having problems with the bottoms of the siding rotting out. 12 years Pryor to our project they had the bottom 12" of siding cut out and replaced with Hardi Siding. Now it was time for additional repairs. Instead of replacing the siding completely, Everhart cut out an additional 3 feet around the perimeter of the home and added Faux Stone to not only repair the problem, but also add a great deal of additional curb appeal to the home. This repair also saved the homeowner thousands of dollars in siding replacement that they didn't need to do.

This homeowner had a town home with a very small yard area that was hard to maintain. They wanted to install something that would be maintenance free and look attractive.

This homeowner enjoyed entertaining outside and wanted a raised area where they could sit and relax listening to the sound of water from the fish pond.

This homeowner wanted to be able to sit outside and enjoy the wooded view.

This homeowner wanted less grass to mow so we build a 2200 square foot deck with different walkways, sunken hot tub, gazebo, privacy fence and a louvered arbor that was 85 feet long to shade the back of the home.

This homeowner had a very small area of the back yard to work with and they wanted something kind of free-form to go with the natural setting of the back yard. They also wanted the deck to have a raised area so that they could install a hot tub. The deck itself was built with all pressure treated lumber and the arbor was built using Western Red Cedar.

This home owner had a very old and closed in patio cover with a wood deck below. They wanted something a little larger and more open feeling. We extended the roof line of the garage and built everything out of Hardi for low maintenance. We removed the wood deck and poured new concrete and then installed spray deck over the new concrete to match the spray deck around the pool.

This home owner wanted a patio cover that matched the style of their home with brick columns to match as well. We also installed 2 ceiling fans and 4 can lights. We installed slate over the existing concrete patio.

This home owner had a small yard to work with and a difficult tie-in to the home. We built this flat roof style patio cover and used an EPDM one piece rubber roof system to guarantee against roof leaks which are very common with typical roofing materials. We added a ceiling fan and can lights.
