Project Description:
This home owner had a very old and closed in patio cover with a wood deck below. They wanted something a little larger and more open feeling. We extended the roof line of the garage and built everything out of Hardi for low maintenance. We removed the wood deck and poured new concrete and then installed spray deck over the new concrete to match the spray deck around the pool.

Project Description:
This home owner wanted a patio cover that matched the style of their home with brick columns to match as well. We also installed 2 ceiling fans and 4 can lights. We installed slate over the existing concrete patio.

Project Description:
This home owner wanted something very free-form for a narrow area of the yard. We built this Arbor out of Red Cedar and attached it to the home using Everharts own custom made patio cover brackets. We built the lower deck out of pressure treated lumber.

Project Description:
This home owner had a small yard to work with and a difficult tie-in to the home. We built this flat roof style patio cover and used an EPDM one piece rubber roof system to guarantee against roof leaks which are very common with typical roofing materials. We added a ceiling fan and can lights.
