This home owner had a brand new home and wanted to build a special room for her pets ( 12 Birds, 6 Dogs and a few cats ). She wanted the addition to match the home and she also wanted to be able to close off the room from the rest of the home or have the entire space open.

Project Description:
These home owners had a home that was completely remodeled 2 years ago. During the remodel, the builder at that time allowed an open space in the attic for further expansion. The problem was, there was no stair case in which to access the space.
We re-designed the open living area to accomodate an open staircase, a private home office, a formal dining room and greatly enlarged the kitchen. We added a cofered ceiling to the open living area and entry which was actually a good disguise for the support beams for the new second floor.

These home owners needed a play room for the kids and also a home office. They also wanted a much more custom and workable kitchen than the one the home was built with. Being that the home was located on a corner lot, it was very important that the new addition looked like it was designed and built with the original home.

For this project, the home owners wanted to add an Art Studio for their daughter along with a guest bedroom and additional full bath. Most importantly, they wanted the addition to blend with the surroundings and not look like an add-on. In case you can't tell where the addition is, we added 16 feet to the right hand side of the home.

Project Description:
This home owner wanted a screened in room for his Hot Tub. The windows we used were tripple track system which allows all the windows to slide to one side giving a nice large screened opening.
